All orders include tracking once dispatched.

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
During peak periods, launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.Processing times may also vary depending on product availability and fulfilment location.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).
2. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times within the United Kingdom:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand. Delivery times may occasionally be extended due to customs processing, logistics delays, or high order volumes.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services once an item has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Costs
We offer free UK shipping on all of our products. These will be clearly stated on our website.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are displayed before you complete your purchase. (If applicable)
4. Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
Ardelle & Co cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
5. Failed Deliveries & Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
Incorrect address
Failed delivery attempts
Parcel not collected from local depot
The customer may be responsible for additional redelivery costs.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If you believe your parcel is lost:

Allow at least 10 working days from dispatch before reporting a missing parcel
We will liaise with the courier to investigate the issue. Replacement or refund decisions will be made following the courier’s investigation outcome.
7. International Shipping (If Applicable)

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
8. Order Cancellations
