All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
During peak periods, launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).
2. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times within the United Kingdom:
Delivery: 5-11 working days after dispatch
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services once an item has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Tracking Your Order

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

5. Failed Deliveries & Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
Incorrect address
Failed delivery attempts
Parcel not collected from local depot
The customer may be responsible for additional redelivery costs.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Allow at least 11 working days from dispatch before reporting a missing parcel
We will liaise with the courier to investigate the issue. Replacement or refund decisions will be made following the courier’s investigation outcome.
