At Ardelle & Co, we believe great style should be effortless and easy to wear. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must: 

Be requested within 30 days of delivery

Be unworn, unused and in original condition

Have all original tags attached

Be returned in original packaging

Be free from signs of wear, washing, odour, damage, or alteration

Items that show signs of use, excessive handling, or intentional damage will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these standards.

 

2. Return Approval Process

All returns must be authorised before being sent back.

Include:

 

Order number

Full name used at checkout

Reason for return

 

If approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be processed.

 

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Ardelle & Co cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

 

Please note:

Refunds are processed for the item(s) only (excluding original shipping unless faulty).

Banking providers may take additional time to reflect the funds.

If a returned item does not meet our conditions, it may be sent back to you.

 

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To change size or style, please return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order.

This ensures the fastest service and product availability.

 

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

 

Clear photographs of the issue

Your order number

 

We will assess the issue and offer:

 

A replacement (if available), or

A full refund including shipping costs

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

 

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

 

Worn or washed items

Items without original tags

Items returned after 30 days

Sale or promotional items (unless faulty)

 

8. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and business, we monitor return activity. Excessive or suspicious return behaviour may result in refusal of future returns or orders.

 

9. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
